Is my repair covered under warranty?

Do determine if your repair is covered under warranty you need to contact Brother at 877-276-8437.


What is your address to drop the machine off for repair?

What are the hours I can drop and pick up my machine?

Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.


How will I know when my machine is repaired?

When your machine is repaired the service department will contact you when it is ready for pick up. Should you wish to inquire as to the repair status please email (this is the fastest response method)


What if my repair is not covered under the Brother Warranty?

We must first diagnose the machine. Charges to perform diagnostics are $47.50 plus tax which is due upon dropping the machine off via check or credit card (Mastercard or Visa). If parts are needed we will contact you regarding the parts needed and the costs of those parts. We will not move forward with a repair that requires chargeable parts without your authorization.


How long will my repair take?

We strive to make repairs as quickly as possible. Repairs require diagnosis, in some cases parts (which must be ordered, warranty repair parts are not stocked and are ordered as needed) and then post repair testing to ensure the machine meets the manufacturers performance standards. Please allow several working days. Our peak season is in the winter months. During that period please allow at least one working week for repair.
